Casting Superalloy

The company is capable of independently producing master alloys and precision cast products of cast superalloys. Cast superalloy master alloys are a category of high-temperature alloys formed by casting processes, characterized by a higher degree of alloying and elevated service temperature ranges. Precision castings are critical components used in the hot-end sections of aero engines and gas turbines. These include large, complex, thin-walled structural parts such as casings, rotating and stationary turbine blades, integrally bladed disks (IBDs), vanes, and diffusers. The company is among the few domestic manufacturers that have mastered the core technology of near-net-shape investment casting for superalloys. These products are primarily used in the aerospace and gas turbine sectors.

Wrought Superalloy

Wrought superalloys refer to a class of high-temperature alloys that can undergo hot or cold deformation processing. They possess excellent mechanical properties, a well-balanced combination of strength and toughness, and high oxidation resistance. The wrought superalloys produced by the company are mainly used in gas turbines, aircraft, aero engines, and the petrochemical industry.

Special stainless steel refers to a type of high-alloy stainless steel with high nickel, high chromium, and high molybdenum content in its chemical composition. Compared with conventional stainless steel, special stainless steel offers superior high-temperature resistance or corrosion resistance. The special stainless steels produced by the company are mainly used in high-end equipment manufacturing and new energy sectors, including aerospace, transportation, and shipbuilding.
