Casting Superalloy


The company is capable of independently producing master alloys and precision cast products of cast superalloys. Cast superalloy master alloys are a category of high-temperature alloys formed by casting processes, characterized by a higher degree of alloying and elevated service temperature ranges. Precision castings are critical components used in the hot-end sections of aero engines and gas turbines. These include large, complex, thin-walled structural parts such as casings, rotating and stationary turbine blades, integrally bladed disks (IBDs), vanes, and diffusers. The company is among the few domestic manufacturers that have mastered the core technology of near-net-shape investment casting for superalloys. These products are primarily used in the aerospace and gas turbine sectors.
